The Property's yard sign has a text code(usually the address) printing within the informatio.  A potential Buyer then text the property's code to the short code number-41513.

The potential buyer then received a near instant text message that contains some basic property information and a link to a mobile website with more details and pictures.











After clicking the link, the potential buyer is taken to a mobile website that is specific to that property.  The mobile website is easy to create and contains all the detailed property information, as well as photographs.









When a potential buy sends a text message to inquire about the property, their information is gathered within a database and they can be contacted or targeted for more materials or text regarding the property.
